Join Us for The Pat Sturn Project’s Free Concert at Shō

The Pat Sturn Project is a group working on a year long enterprise to create original music in honouring renowned Windsor Photographer, Pat Sturn. Ontario Composer, Jeff Smallman, has been commissioned to write a piece called I Imagine Angels. Windsor Poet, Author and Photographer, Marty Gervais, is writing text which recounts the story of Sturn’s artistic life and struggles.

This first event is a free concert and reading designed to build an audience for the concert. Donations are welcomed and encouraged.

WHEN: Sunday, June 1st from 2pm – 4pm

WHERE: Sho Art, Spirit & Performance, 628 Monmouth Rd, Unit #6

WHAT: A concert featuring music composed by Jeff Smallman and performed by cellist, Nadine Deleury and pianist Jacqueline Csurgai-Schmitt. Marty Gervais will talk about his friend, Pat Sturn, and the plans for the project.
