In this class students will learn a fun, expressive approach to portraiture through the art of collage using common materials such as magazines, newspapers, cardboard, maps, etc. as media.
An afternoon of fun and self-empowerment, we’ll delve into how the art of collage can be used to reflect our thoughts and feelings about ourselves through this unusual style of portraiture.
Saturday, March 16th noon – 3pm
$75 includes all materials though students are encouraged to bring collage materials from home they would like to work with/share. Magazines especially welcome.
